How long until my VA is up and running?
Flex VAs can start immediately, subject to availability. Permanent placements are shortlisted within ten business days.
What does the Flex package include?
Ten hours per week with a VA from our existing team. It's a flexible way to get started with offshore support without a long-term commitment.
What is a recruitment fee?
For Dedicated and Practice placements, VentureX sources, vets and places a VA exclusively for your practice. A one-time recruitment fee applies to cover this process. We'll discuss this on your discovery call.
Do I need to manage Philippine employment or payroll?
It's up to you. You can handle it directly, or VentureX can provide payroll and employer of record support if required. An extra fee applies.
